Lexis for Microsoft Office Pilot Program
for the Eleventh District Court of Appeals
Our court is in the process of examining an eventual conversion to electronic filing, together with enhanced research capabilities. In an effort to assist us in this research, we will be requesting that attorneys in select cases forward to the court electronically a copy of their merit brief. This will be on a voluntary basis only at this time.
The documents should be filed in Microsoft Word, version 7 or 10, and in “read only” format. The court will not be able to utilize a .pdf file.

We are pleased to announce that Ms. Linda Ireland, Court Paralegal, passed the 2011 paralegal certification exam given by the Ohio State Bar Association. Along with the exam, Ms. Ireland completed all requirements necessary to earn the designation of OSBA Certified Paralegal.
Congratulations to Ms. Ireland on this great achievement!
